MARK NICHOLSON, GRI, CRS (Broker/Owner)

Born and raised in the South Milwaukee area, Mark Nicholson knows the South Shore area well.  A realtor since 1972, he maintains a Broker's License and manages Nicholson Realty, Inc. which currently serves all of Milwaukee, Waukesha and parts of Racine Counties. He is very proud of the experience and dedication the staff has, as well as the office assistants.

RICHARD HOUSFELD

Rich has been a licensed agent for over 4 decades and joined Nicholson Realty after retiring from teaching elementary school in 1997.  Over the years, he has sold homes to former students and teachers.  His motto, "Whatever it Takes", helped gain buyers' and sellers' trust and loyalty resulting in repeat business for Rich.

"I especially like to guide first time home buyers because they are so appreciative, as well as seniors who need special solutions.

Rich's experience with investment property ownership, management and home improvement have helped advance his career path in real estate.  In addition, Rich is an accredited Stager and has been name "Best in Client Satisfaction" for three years in a row!

In Rich's free time he enjoys wood working, reading, golf, and family time.  He has also volunteered to mentor young students, transport the elderly to appointments and worked for Habitat for Humanity.

 

DONNA KOZAR, ABR, SRES

JAMES SEIPEL

Jim is a licensed broker/agent who has been assisting clients and friends with a wide spectrum of services for close to 35 years.  Jim has knowledge and experience in several fields:  Insurance, Inspection, Appraisal, Property Virtual Tours, Home Improvement, Mortgage Lending and Design/Building new homes.

Jim has been a local resident except when serving in the Military.  He is an active member at Divine Mercy Parish, serving as lector and Eucharistic Minister.  Jim has been happily married to his wife Judith since 1974, they have 2 children.  Jim and Judith work together at the Seipel Insurance Agency in South Milwaukee.

Jim graduated from South Milwaukee High School and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  His interests include: reading, dancing, cooking, home improvement and sport activities.
